When these terms apply

These Terms are between you and HYPER LINKS LIMITED (“Hyper Links,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, purchasing, or using a product that links to these Terms, you agree to them and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the product.

The products are intended for users aged 17 and above. You must also be legally capable of entering a binding agreement. A higher age, parental permission, or supervision required by local law continues to apply.

A limited license, not a sale

Subject to these Terms, Hyper Links grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the relevant product on devices you own or control for lawful personal or internal business purposes and in line with marketplace rules.

You may not sell or redistribute the product; derive source code except where law expressly permits; remove ownership notices; bypass purchase, access, or security controls; introduce harmful code; overload or disrupt a service; or use automated means to obtain unauthorized access.

Decisions before an action

Your material and lawful use

You retain the rights you lawfully hold in material you select or process. These Terms do not transfer ownership of that material to Hyper Links. You are responsible for having the necessary rights, choosing the correct item and destination, protecting your device, and maintaining suitable backups.

Do not use a product to violate privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property, contract, or other rights; obtain information without authorization; distribute malware; misrepresent your identity or authority; harass another person; or carry out unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity.

When a product requests Camera, Photos, or storage access, you decide whether to grant it. Refusing or withdrawing access can make the relevant scan or cleaning workflow unavailable. Hyper Links is not responsible for copies you separately export, synchronize, back up, or send to another destination.

Purchases shown at checkout

If a relevant product offers a free trial or auto-renewing subscription, its duration, localized price, billing period, included access, and eligibility will be shown before purchase. A trial may convert to a paid subscription if it is not cancelled before the period ends, subject to the marketplace terms displayed at purchase.

The marketplace processes billing. Manage or cancel an active subscription through the marketplace account used to buy it. Uninstalling a product does not cancel a subscription. Restoration and refunds depend on marketplace records, platform rules, and mandatory consumer law; cancelling renewal is different from requesting a refund.

External destinations and product changes

A product may open a website, marketplace, device function, or other destination you select. Those services are independently operated under their own terms. A reference to or compatibility with a third party does not imply that Hyper Links owns, controls, sponsors, or endorses it.

We may update a product to improve security or performance, maintain compatibility, meet legal or marketplace requirements, or change features. We do not promise that every feature, device, operating-system version, marketplace, or external integration will remain available indefinitely. Material changes affecting active paid access will be handled under applicable law and marketplace requirements.

Ownership, suspension, and ending use

The product’s software, design, text, graphics, logos, structure, and other materials are owned by or licensed to HYPER LINKS LIMITED and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and marks remain their owners’ property.

We may suspend or end access for a material or repeated breach, fraud, a security or legal risk, a marketplace requirement, discontinuation, or when continued operation is no longer reasonably practical. You may stop using the product at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms—remain effective.

Risk allocation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for third-party claims caused by your unlawful or unauthorized use, material breach, or infringement of another person’s rights, except to the extent caused by Hyper Links’ own unlawful conduct, negligence, or breach.

Disputes and general terms

If a dispute arises, the parties should first try in good faith to resolve it after receiving a reasonable description of the issue and requested outcome. An unresolved dispute will be handled by a court or other competent authority with jurisdiction under applicable law. Mandatory local consumer protections remain available.

If one provision is invalid, it will be limited only as necessary and the remainder will continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our written consent; we may transfer them as part of a lawful merger, financing, reorganization, acquisition, or business transfer. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and applicable checkout terms form the agreement for the relevant product.

Privacy, support, and feedback

The Privacy Policy describes how information is handled. Where a device permission or another legally protected choice requires consent, that choice is requested separately and is not replaced merely by accepting these Terms.

Support is provided through the available channels and does not guarantee a particular response time or outcome. If you voluntarily provide comments or suggestions about a product, Hyper Links may use them to evaluate or improve its services without payment or an obligation to implement them. This does not transfer ownership of your local photos, videos, scans, or other material.

Marketplace and device conditions

Your use may also be subject to mandatory marketplace licence terms and the rules of the device platform from which the product was obtained. The marketplace, rather than Hyper Links, controls its account, primary transaction records, payment method, refund process, and store availability.

You are responsible for a compatible device, current system software where reasonably required, a suitable connection for online destinations, and any charges imposed by a network or independent provider. A marketplace or provider may change its service without Hyper Links’ control.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in products, purchases, operations, third-party services, marketplace requirements, or law. The revised version and effective date will be made available through the product, this website, or another reasonable channel. Additional notice or consent will be provided where required for a material change.
